Rebuilding Kajabi Communities

Communities was Kajabi's #1 retention surface, and creators were abandoning it on day one. I reframed the problem from UI polish to a first-session activation failure, redesigned the navigation architecture, and built a scalable brand system for creators. The result: –4.2pp 30-day churn, 82% first-session posting, 3M new memberships. Creators now call it "the easiest way to keep subscribers engaged."
