Rebuilding Kajabi Communities
I redesigned the navigation and built a brand system creators could make their own. Communities was Kajabi's #1 retention surface and I found that creators were leaving without posting. Creators now call it the easiest way to keep subscribers engaged with 30-day churn down 4.2pp, and first-session posting up to 82%.
